About the Challenge
Nebraska State’s new student center is being built in the southeast portion of campus and is scheduled to open in two years. We are looking for names that fit with the school’s theme or honor influential members of the Nebraska State Community. So we want to issue this special Challenge: Submit the name you think will best fit the new student center. We will begin taking submissions today and the three ideas with the most seconds from participants will be presented for final judging by the naming committee at the end of the year. The person who submits the winning name will receive a special invitation to sit along with university officials in the VIP area during the ribbon cutting ceremony; along with his or her name engraved on the building plaque, which will be placed near the cornerstone of the new student center.
